[Coco] TC.BIN (The Compressor) port for Windows/DOS/Linux... or OSK?

Thank you so much!
It's perfect, except that it doesn't decompress... Well, at least it
allows me to list the contents of an archive before resorting to using
an emulator to decompress it.
BTW, I could also use an OSK version of this tool, if one exists. Is
there such a thing?
