Dean Leiber has pointed me to the "Upgrade" page on the CoCo/OS-9 Archive.

Which is where the "Mid Iowa & Country CoCo Disk Magazine" disks are 
including the ones I have.

I will be able to supply one missing item, a double sided piece of paper.
