[Coco] DE1 arrives :-)

Okay, the earlier discussion about running a Coco on the DE1 piqued my curiosity as well.

I certainly have the time to get involved in such an activity. If I've found the right listing on Digikey's site, it runs $159.38. Have I got the right thing? P0528-ND? Cyclone II 2C20.

What more would I need to get involved? And does this board come with any development software?
