[Coco] Dual UART with FIFO Card for the CoCo

The information given is correct. Mitel part. I bought a bunch and on the tail end of them. Not recommended for new design and really don't care for it. I used it because of the agreement I had with the author Dana Peters.

Cost for the CPLD to cross point is a wash and the CPLD has way more capabilities. Thus, use the old till gone and then switch to new platform.

Humm, my design uses an MT8816, which is made by Zarlink, however the
chip number belays the fact that I think it was prolly a Zarlink took
over Mitel....

Cheers.
