I believe it's "Insert"?  I'm not well-versed in Verilog, and even if I 
were there's a translation from IBM PC keyboard serial I/O make/break 
codes in there somewhere.  Fair amount of indirection, so I was hoping 
someone would know this off the top of their heads.
