Good news! Thanks to someone on the World Of Dragon forums, I am now in 
posession of the scan of Module Man's manual for the Dragon 32. It's 
pretty short, but it answer all the questions I had about general 
gameplay, so it's "mission accomplished" as far as I'm concerned.
