[Coco] Hires mouse emulation in VCC

I found that the emulator kept defaulting back to emulated for the keyboard. 
There is no setting in the dialogs I can find, but in the coco3.ini 
configuration file, there is a section named MESS SPECIFIC OPTIONS. In this 
group is an entry named natural, with the value set to 0. Change it to 1 and 
save the configuration. This can be done with any text editor. Your 
emulation will start in natural mode, allowing all of your keys to function 
in the emulator.
