OK, I have further updated this source, using vtiolen instead of a
hard-coded string, everywhere vtio is referenced.  

The next time the driver name changes, winfo will still need to be
re-assembled but won't otherwise break. :-)

Now what?  The CVS server says, quite reasonably, that I don't have an
account on it.
