[Coco] Is there a way to import JPGs or BMPs to a CoCo picture fileformat that can be used in a program, game etc?

I'm not sure, but....

Isn't The Projector-3 capable of this sort of conversion? Yes, it's a Colour
Computer programme, but that's no impediment in my view. Should run on an
emulator.
