[Coco] DriveWire 4 beta

I've updated the tar and zip files at
http://sites.google.com/site/drivewire4/beta

This version should solve the authentication issues that Steven Hirsch
found and helped troubleshoot. The telnet server no longer uses the
built in authentication by default and instead uses OS9's login
program. If you prefer the old behavior just add "auth" to the
options in SYS/inetd.conf

It also includes some new features like a built in Epson FX-80
emulator for authentic looking printouts, and general speed
improvements.
A disk image with the source and packed Basic09 executable for HTTPD
is included in the packages in case anyone wants to put another CoCo
powered website up. I removed the code specific to my site, this
version will serve whatever is in index.html from /X1/WWWROOT by
default (easy to change that path in the source if you'd like). Is it
time for a truly CoCo web ring? :)
