[Coco] Full GUI DriveWire 4 beta

Ok, that was due to a silly mistake on my part. I put together a new
parser a few reversions back, its much nicer than the old one but I
sort of rushed it in a few places. The dw disk insert command was not
dealing with filenames that contain spaces correctly.

I've updated the file at:

 https://sites.google.com/site/drivewire4/beta/dw4beta-3.9.83_win32.zip

with a new server .jar that handles filenames correctly. Should take
care of that.

thanks for your help in troubleshooting, it is much appreciated.
