[Coco] format disk files COCO MAX drawings

If you mean CoCo Max for the original CoCo's, rather than CoCo Max 3 for the
CoCo 3:

The files are uncompressed PMODE screens.  In some cases, a double-high
picture is generated using two PMODE screens where the second screen lies
just above the first in memory and can be viewed by scrolling the picture.
