[Coco] DECB emulator/virtual implementation in NitrOS9

Some of us were chatting in IRC about coco stuff and Bruce had the
idea of bringing DECB into OS9 somehow.
Has there been an attempt at this in the past?  Would it be possible
to somehow call the DECB rom routines without
completely driving NitrOS9 insane?
