[Coco] New CoCoDskUtil Ready

Luis,

I installed your utility to try it, but when I run it I get a popup with
title "vbAccelerator SGrid II Control" and message "Run-time error '0'". It
seemed to install correctly. I even tried to register the ActiveX controls
vbalIml6.ocx and vbalSGrid6.ocx manually but no luck.
