[Coco] CoCo Conference in 30 minutes

I'll start adding people who are online in Skype several minutes
early.  The call will come from 'spogbiper', and possibly a long list
of other people depending on how big the conference is at the time I'm
calling.

I think I have everyone who has signed up in the contact list.  If you
don't hear from me on Skype, or if you have technical trouble, need to
