Also, not that I know of.  I have a BASIC-09 to compress ASCII orc
files down, but not the other way around. 

Still, I don't think it it would be that hard to hack something up.
They're mostly flat text, just with the 8th bit set on the first
char. on the line, and no linefeeds.  (according to o90cvn.b09
anyway!)
