[Coco] OS9 Lvl 1 rev 2.00.00 - double sided floppy configuration

Hi All,
I've just sent to chat a disk image with the modules rb1773.dr and its
associated 40 track DS descriptors in private email. Replacing the original
CCDISK module and D0 and D1 descriptors in the stock OS9boot file with
these, should IMHO work and do what Chad needs.
