[Coco] usb to serial adaptors and drivewire

more on the USB to serial adaptors....

Some of these adaptors do not have a complete RS232 capability. 
Specifically, some don't allow a line break to be sent. This may not affect 
its use with drivewire, but it does have a bearing if you want to use it 
with standard modems.
