[Coco] NitrOS-9 Project Website

I just submitted The NitrOS-9 Technical Reference in wiki format to
SourceForge after spending several hours cleaning up the formatting to make
it readable. The document is far from perfect at this point, but it should
be readable and the table of contents at the top of the page seems to be
working. Now that it the headings are in place, it should be a lot easier to
edit.

If anyone wants to edit it, I recommend editing individual sections rather
than editing the entire document. Editing and submitting changes to a
chapter or section is relatively quick and easy using either Firefox or
Internet Explorer.

If you attempt to edit and submit changes to the entire document, expect a
few problems along the way. I tried several times, but I could not get
Firefox 3.6.3 to submit the changes to the entire document (it just explodes
after a couple of minutes). Internet Explorer 8 submits the entire document
every time, although it takes several minutes. The most frustrating aspect
of uploading the entire document is that SourceForge doesn't merge in the
entire change set for some reason. I finally gave up and fixed the last of
the major formatting issues by editing the sections.
