[Coco] Booting OS9 from Drive 1

Hi,

Same advise from another Stephen.

I had identical copies of my boots disks in both sizes and was able to throw 
the switch swapping /D0 and /D1 almost anytime OS-9 was not working with 
either drive.

Worked extremely well for me.
