Open the thing up! The first thing you want to do is carefully pull then 
replace all socketed chips. The legs corrode slightly in the sockets 
over time. Someone may have pulled all the memory chips or something 
obvious like that too. Won't know until you look! If there is nothing 
obvious and reseating the chips don't help, there is a 
troubelshooting/repair guide in "Tandy's Little Wonder", a free download 
from the list archives in the Farna section.
