[Coco] curses update

After sitting on my thumbs for 2 months... :-(

I worked more on curses, and got wprintw() to work, and also fixed the
NULL-pointer bug in box().

This varargs stuff is pretty wild.  The Compiler really doesn't
approve...

printw() doesn't work yet.

Anyway, the newest version, with source and 6809 library is

It also includes a couple of sexy new test programs! :-)
