Win32s was an add-on to Windows 3.1 to let it run some 32-bit 
applications by translating 32-bit calls to their equivalent 16-bit 
calls. As every other Windows 9x OS, Windows 95 is a Win32 platform 
(though not a stable one IMHO) and does not require Win32s.
