You don't need fdrawcmd.sys if you have a Win98 computer. Win98 runs 
from DOS which means you have direct access to the floppy hardware. Just 
use the JVC support programs DSKINI.EXE, RETRIEVE.EXE, and PORT.EXE to 
access the floppy and transfer files.
