Testing I did using MegaRead under NitrOS-9 and SuperDriver......

SCSI, ~11 seconds
SuperIDE/CF, ~19 seconds.

We only know one speed, to the floorboard!

Not only is it faster than a floppy, but I actually think it's equal to or 
faster than my IDE hard disk.
