First, this will only work via OS-9. HDB-DOS can't access the PC printer 
via Winserver. Second, make sure you have the latest Winserver package 
as it changed recently. Download it again.

While running a DW3 NitrOS-9 version with the DW3 printer driver in 
memory, just redirect any text output to the printer,
ex.   list startup >/p
You will see Winserver open a window from which you can send the 
contents to any type of printer attached to the PC.
