I worked out how to grab the CVS files, and now have both the Toolshed and 
Nitros9 source trees on my computer, but.....

How do I build these to executables? I'd expected to use "make", but there's 
no make in my Cygwin. Is there a package I still need to download from 
somewhere to add to Cygwin?
