[Coco] The GIME test pin - what does it do?

James or anyone else,

Have you ever tried to make use of the test line, pin 39, on the GIME? 
It is tied to 5v through a resistor. What is likely to happen and/or 
what does happen if pin 39 is grounded.

Since we are trying to document everything the GIME can do, this seems 
like something worth trying. I'm to timid to try it as I don't want to 
fry the GIME or my Coco3.
