[Coco] CoCo/OS-9 Archive project ???

I thought the scanned material would be available to us, the users too.  I
seem to remember not being able to get anything off of the site in the past
when it was up.  I just thought it was another 'non-starter' project that
has a pretty webpage, and no substance under it.
