[Coco] TRP-100 Thermal Printer

Found the User Manual at http://www.classiccmp.org/cini/systems.htm - Radio
Shack's support website had nothing on teh TRP-100 nor the ribbon cartridge.
The User Manual does not provide any reference onto the make of either the
printer or the ribbon cart.

Will try to snoop out some lead from the hardware itself this evening.
