I just fixed the problem.

Sorry, once in a blue moon the redirect file on numerous web sites of 
mine gets erased probably due to too many hits while the server or 
PHP is doing it's file locking thing.  I'm going to add a few lines 
in the redirection script that replaces the file with a backup copy 
if it's missing or empty.
