I'm not sure I understand all the backslashes - that's a DOS / Windows 
thing.  Do you mean '/cc/test'?

It's possible that you do not have the current working directory on your 
path and are picking up the system compiler.

Try:

$ cd /cc/test
$ ./cc hello.c
