Yes!

For starters, I'm opening up Hyperterminal on my PC and choosing 
COM13 and it makes a connection right then.  The CoCo and PC are 
talking over the air at 19200 bps.  Why 19200 bps?  Because I'm using 
the stock RS-232 Pak ROM for the pak and it doesn't know how to use 
the hidden 115200 bps mode of the 6551.

I'm working to figure out the way to get the CoCo to initiate the 
connection or get my own server app on the PC to do it 
(CoCoNet).  All in due time...  :)
