You can find them on ebay.fr occasionally. Look for the french "AZERTY"
keyboard layout, that's a hint on the RGB version. All CoCo variants (1,
1a (the white CoCo1), 2 and 2B (with lowercase) exist. It's the so
called "Péritel" version (Péritel=SCART). There's a Mini-Din connector
instead of the RF output. The SCART-cable needs some resistors inside
the SCART connector to create the correct voltages from the 12V line.
The MC-10 has a blue box instead of a red one and it reads "MICRO
ORDINATEUR COULUER" instead of "MICRO COLOR COMPUTER" on its case:

I assume Tandy wanted to sell The CoCo/MC-10 line in French schools as
part of the country's "informatique pour tous" ("information technology
for everyone") programme of the '80s, which obviuously had Péritel-Video
and AZERTY-Keyboards in the duty book (SCART had just been invented to
make it difficult to sell non-French products with standard connectors
in France). Maybe there were even punitive tariffs or death penalty by
guillotine on non-Péritel and non-AZERTY computers ;-). Luckily enough,
the BASIC-commands hadn't been to be translated to French (e.g. like the
VBA keywords are translated to German in the German M$ Office...).
Cheers,
Torsten
