Maybe for Windows XP, but it is not present on Windows 7.
Telnet is the most insecure piece of software on the plant. You may as well
email everyone you know your passwords.
My shell account was hacked because of telnet. This is why I've been an ssh
convert ever since. It' snot perfect, but it's more work to get at your
password- if it all.
