[Coco] Hi Fellow Coco and Dragon users. How about updating WimgTool for Dragon

I might be prepared to give it a go, I did write a Delphi program a few 
years back for accessing VDK files, that could also deal with DragonDos 
format (which would be required).

Where can I get WimgTool, and what's it written in ?
