Neil,
We have the same issue in another group I'm heavily involved in. Problem is that people get the emails & never access the site itself or don't know of the other features available. That's frustrating to those who built a site & made the info available.  But I'm also sure there are some that find what they need & never ask a question, so the effort is not wasted.  I appreciate it, certainly others do too.

Folks, at the bottom of every group mail you get there's a row of links to past messages, a database of files, photos, and more.  TONS of info you can find for yourself!  But every once in a while, send a "thank you" to guys like Neil who took the time to put it there.
