[Coco] preliminary curses release

OK, I'd like some help here, please.

I've put a stable but very fragile Curses on my webpage at
http://www.sdc.org/~goosey/os9/curses.lzh

Anyone who wants to help get it to work better is welcome.  Please
check the file curses.notes.txt for a rough to-do list.
