[Coco] curses update

[Willard Goosey]

I decided the easiest way to fix the problems arrising from stdscr not
being a proper WINDOW * was to make it a proper WINDOW *.

Since then I've been chasing wierd crashes.  

Anyone want to help with this?  I get distracted and discouraged. :-(
