[Coco] OS-9 environment variables?

Can't you have the CoCo try to automatically detect the server's baud 
rate whenever the connection fails? It would make CoCoNet easier to use. 
Want to change the baud rate? Do it on the server; the CoCo will adapt 
to any change.
