[Coco] Artifacting on LCD?

Yeah, it was one of those "how do I get this to work" problems most of us 
Coco programmers have run into over the years.  Since it worked for me, I 
sent it to Lonnie and he published it.  Pretty simple.  The RGB Patch 
program sold commercially was probably much better and easier to use.
