[Coco] hi-speed coco3 always ok?

Can all CoCo3 boxes run reliably at 1.78MHz?  I presume so, but
just checkin'...

Can the SuperIDE and/or the TC^3 reliably run at that rate as well?
What about the Glenside IDE adapter?
