[Coco] hard disk performance

                       4.000 MB/S ext SYNC

That's about 2.7x faster than the specs for my ST296N and right in line 
with my observed times of ~85sec. 85/31=2.74 85/36=2.36  4/1.5=2.67

Once again, the bottleneck is the Coco rather than the drive.
