That's the same Mike Ward, all right.  But my recollection is that it was
disk-based in the sense that file transfers were to and from disk if you had a
disk system.  It was compatible with cassette as well.

It was also noteworthy that you could download it in ASCII format (as 3 or 4
different files, I think), for the benefit of those many CoCo users who, prior
to obtaining Mikeyterm, had only ASCII download capability.  I think the code
was poked in from an ASCII Basic program.
