If the two eBay items you are referring to are:

1. Texas P. DSDD 360K Full Height 5.25" Floppy Disk Drive
2. IBM PC / XT Replacement full-height Diskette Drive

...then yes, either of those should work fine. You would just need to
make sure the Drive Select jumpers are set properly and that the
termination resistor pack is installed only in the last drive on the
cable.
