[Coco] Toolshed

Newbie question here,
I've downloaded and installed Toolshed on my Mac, but I can't seem to  
locate the directory in which the files are stored.
When I preface the commands  with os9 or decb, all I get is a command  
not found. I can find the help files, but not the commands.
I've checked in both the root /bin,/etc and user /bin,/etc  
directories, but no new commands are there.
I appreciate any insight and/or advice.
