[Coco] work with .DSK files

I still don't have the DriveWire problem solved and I want 
to e-mail anyone that has used a PC with a regular coco
5.25 in disk drive.

I would like to get files off the Internet and copy them 
to a coco disk. Both OS9 or regular coco files.
