[Coco] Drive wire Trouble in Illinois

I'm in big trouble trying to get Drive wire installed

I have a CD for the PC Server installation.

My 486 is unable to install the program because the file is looking
for "COMCTL32.DLL".

I try to install on my new VISTA PC  and am seccessful.
When I start the program I get the error message
"unable to open com port". 

Any suggestions? I have com ports on the 486 16bit system
but only have USB ports on my Vista PC
