[Coco] Connect CoCo Floppy drive to Windows PC

Kind of. I keep an old 386 with MS-DOS / Windows 3.1 for this and it works 
fine - almost. But anything over that may not work.

Sometimes I have to format the floppy on the PC, copy the files to it on the 
Coco and then read it on the PC.
