[Coco] easy tape file transfer from PC to CoCo

I just noticed that Vavasour's casin.exe tool is supposed to be able 
to read from .wav files?

If this is so, error-free .cas files could be created by using my 
.wav generator when it's done, but the CoCo program to be converted 
to .cas must already reside on the PC.

This also depends on whether casin.exe isn't so buggy that it can't 
read a clean .wav file of a digitally-produced CoCo tape file (no 
noise, no errors, etc).
